PHIL MARRIES PEOPLE!

Apparently this is one of many cool things you get to do if you're mayor, or maybe he can do it just cause he is Phil Ludlow.  Either way, here is some pictures of Phil (yes its actually "the" Phil) marrying some really famous people. I know that the background looks very similar in all the pictures, but Phil likes to use that particular background when he marries people.

Gary Coleman & Me
Married January 1, 2000 to January 25, 2000
Ok so I thought it would be funny to marry a midget,
I had no idea that he was a biting midget.

Steve Perry (of Journey) & Chuck Norris (of Sidekicks etc.)
Married July 20, 1986 to October 4, 2001
This is easily the gayest marriage Phil has ever done.
I guess Chuck left Steve after he hit a high note in "Separate Ways" and
broke Chucks ultra-cool sunglasses.

Carl Winslow & The Juice
Married March 1, 2003 to present
This was a beautiful ceremony, somebody accidentally
invited Harriette (Carl's ex) though, and we had some problems.
Phil's sermon was a real tearjerker.
